If you find a potential spot that you want to lease/buy, speak to existing restaurant operators around the area to get a sense of how much traffic flows through during the day.</description>

They have some great info as far as the reality of sales, importance of location, data regarding economies of scale when they own more than one store, the reality of the support they&#039;re given, etc.</description>
