		<description>After all the nonsense over this, he should have realized that it was more than the few bucks that was involved, it was principle. He should gone above and beyond your expectations. A free meal would have been a much better choice to try to make things right.</description>

You were charged a fee of more than $4 that he acknowledges was in error and you were treated poorly by management when you asked about the fee.  His offer of a $10 credit is really less than $6 when you consider your original overpayment.

I think a percentage discount on your next meal (excluding alcohol) or at least a free entree would have been more appropriate.  Really, how many people will change their mind for $5.60?</description>
